Three years ago, Rovio was the entertainment developer at the Singapur Formula 1 Circuit. The company was behind the ambiance of that day to create the experience of Uplause with the collaboration of friendly pets: the Angry Birds.
The great sensation of the crowd was translated in an enjoyable day. People could interact with Angry Birds characters in a big-crowd game. The company firmed a contract with Singapore Telecommunications in order to launch the product in Singapur, and they designed the game with Uplause.
Peter Vesterbacka, marketing manager in Rovio, confirmed that “we believe that this new way to play will give to fans a great opportunity to connect emotionally with the Angry Birds characters”.
